STCBYSO stands for Strength Training Concepts bring your strong on. This term came from the brain of Sarah A. Servant, Personal Trainer and owner of STCBYSO. STCBYSO is a Personal Training company that offers strength training and nutrition planning suited to the needs of the individual client.
Strength Training Concepts was born through the idea that Personal Training was one of the most expensive things on the planet, and a luxury for some. Personal Training is such a wonderful thing, that STCBYSO felt everyone should have the opportunity to be a part of. The only way to make that possible was to offer an affordable Personal Training option on the South Shore. STCBYSO serves clients who want Personal Training in Norwell, Scituate, Hanover, Cohasset, Rockland, Abington, Whitman, Hingham & all over the South Shore. To make it even more affordable, STCBYSO added a group training option, where essentially you and a friend can split the price of the already affordable rates.
We would like to help anyone out there who feels like they have struggled to reach their goals, to achieve anything difficult, such as weight loss, strength gain, or more importantly self control. We can help you bring your strong on, because that is what we do best.
